Preparation

1. Prepare *.gba file for target with ULA and so on
   This action is needed for scanning MasterCode. You don't have to prepare if you already know MasterCode of target.

2. Connect devices such as GBA, Xploader and cable
   
   Cable is conneced to COM port of PC. You have to check which COM port before running CSA. COM4 or URS-03 is used in this case.

Setup

CSA must be executed after Connect devices then GBA turn on.

1. MessageBox will be appeared.
   

   You have to confirm connection then Press OK.

2. COM port setting
   

   Your confirmed COM port should be selected.

3. Check running.
   

   Main display should be appeared, if have no problem.

4. Target name setting in tab
   
   1. Select Edit->Tab Name
   2. Tab setting
   3. Kozukai was set

MasterCode

• If you don't know MasterCode

  1. Select Edit->Memory for showing right part of CSA then you clikc MCS tab.
     

  2. Drag & Drop target ROM file (= Pokemon ruby Japanese version in this case)
     

  3. Detect patch trigger address
     

  4. Click patch trigger address, then appeared MasterCode setting Dialog with setting MasterCode automatically.
     

  5. Execute with patch trigger address press OK.

• If you know MasterCode

  If you already know target master code by WEB and magazine. You can directly input MasterCode Xploader format

  
  

  1. Select MasterCode->Set MasterCode
  2. Input MasterCode Xploader format (10...).

Scan

1. Confirm amount of Kozukai
   8000 is found out in actual GBA.

2. Scan setting of CSA
   
   1. Check Scan-check box.
   2. Input 8000 as target number to Target Edit box
   3. Check MemoryScope as WRAM, XRAM

3. Read Memory
   Check Reload check box. Read memory will be started by click "Relaod & Compare". Reading order is "WRAM -> XRAM -> CART".

4. Scan Memory
   Scan check is activating scan.

5. Result of Scan
   You can find out 8000 in only one place. Memory dump area shows around 128 byte of result. Target address and data will be set right-bottom edit box automatically.

1. Confirm amount of momeny
   

2. Input max amount of money
   
   1. Select "Write" with Radio button
   2. Input 999999 to Data box.
   3. Click Write Memory

3. Confirm memory manipulation
   Changed amount of money
